Shipping Policy
Goture aims to deliver within the time period indicated upon checkout. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the time period specified. We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and other charges as a result of late delivery. If you are not present upon delivery, we may release the package to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:
Valid ID of authorized recipient
Valid ID of Customer who placed the order
Signed authorization letter
If any or all of the above mentioned requirements are missing, we will not release or leave the package and we may leave a failed delivery card with contact details and/or instructions for re-delivery at a later date.
You will be sent an email upon dispatch from our warehouse in order to inform you that your package is on its way to the shipping address you specified upon checkout.

About Customs, Duties, & Taxes
When ordering from KEMIMOTO, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped except the United States and Canada may be charged import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be charged to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
